Q: How much does shipping cost?

A: Shipping is free in the continental US for orders under $90. Standard ground shipping is a $9 flat rate for orders under $90. Priority shipping options are also available, and the cost will be calculated at checkout. Currently, we are offering shipping to Alaska for a $15 fee, Hawaii for a $20 fee, and to the US Armed Forces for a $25 fee. We are unable to provide international shipping or shipping to US territories, however, we can send a box to a recipient in the U.S. who can then forward the package overseas. 

Q: How do I know that my order has shipped?

We'll send you a shipping confirmation email when your You Betcha! Box order is on its way. If you’re sending a gift, you have the option to provide your recipient’s email address so they will also receive a shipping confirmation email to let them know to be on the lookout for a package. We will not, however, divulge who the gift is from or exactly what it is. This can help avoid theft or issues arising from weather exposure. Please note that we are not liable for incorrect shipping addresses or loss due to weather, theft, or shipping error. Also, on occasion we may need to substitute our items for a comparable product due to temperatures, availability, or other issues. We appreciate your understanding.

Q: When will my order arrive?

A:  Upon receiving your order, it is our goal to ship within 48 hours Monday-Friday of the preferred ship date selected at checkout. Please note that "preferred ship date" refers to the date we aim to have your box leave our facility. This is not a guaranteed delivery date. Orders usually arrive within 2-5 business days. Order times can be longer during the busy holiday season or due to high demand. If your order is delayed, please know that we and our makers are working hard to make more products, build more boxes and get them out for you ASAP!  We appreciate your understanding and patience. In the event your gift is delayed, you can send our super-cute gift announcement to your recipients to let them know a box of Minnesota goodies is on the way!

Q: How are You Betcha! Boxes packed?

A: Every You Betcha! Box is packed in our signature box filled with exclusive tissue paper and recyclable snowy-white fill. Everything You Betcha Box produces is recyclable or reusable. We do our best to avoid plastic and bubble wrap to help shrink our business’s environmental footprint.

 Q: How do I ship to multiple recipients?

Using our multi-ship feature, you can place an order for multiple boxes, with multiple recipients. We have provided multi-ship instructions here

Q: What if I need to make a change on my order?

Please review your order carefully upon confirmation, and contact us at orders@youbetchabox.com within one hour if you need any changes made.

Q: I just placed an order. Where is my confirmation email?

If you are placing an order from a work email address, our communications may be blocked by your company's spam filters. Check your spam or junk folder for your confirmation email, and add orders@youbetchabox.com to your address book. We recommend using a personal email address to receive important order updates. 

If you are on a personal email address, or have followed the steps above and are still not receiving a confirmation email, please contact us here and we will work with you ASAP to provide your order details! 

Q: What if something arrives broken?

A: If your package was shipped directly to you from our warehouse and it arrives broken, take a picture of the broken product as well as the shipping label clearly showing information and contact us at orders@youbetchabox.com for further action. Please do this within 30 days of receiving your You Betcha Box to receive a replacement product.

Q: I’m a local artisan food maker and I would love to join the You Betcha Box family. How do I sell my food with you?

A: Contact us and we will be happy to discuss joining our foodie family! 

Q: What if I accidentally shipped to the wrong address?

A: If a package is returned to us due to an inaccurate address, we are happy to ship it to another address provided you pay for the additional shipping fee. We will be in touch with you to learn more about the shipment and arrange a redirected delivery or donation. You Betcha! Box is not responsible for packages that are lost due to an incorrect delivery address. 

Q: I have a different question that is not addressed here. What should I do?
