Q: How much does shipping cost?

A: Shipping is free in the continental US! Currently, we are offering shipping to Alaska for a $5 fee, and to Hawaii for a $10 fee. We are unable to provide international shipping or shipping to US territories, however, we can send a box to a recipient in the U.S. who can then forward the package overseas. 

Q: How do I know that my order has shipped?

We'll send you a shipping confirmation email to let you know when your You Betcha! Box order is on its way. If sending as a gift, your gift recipient will receive a shipping confirmation email to let them know a gift is coming to them. We will not, however, divulge who the gift is from or what it is. We do this so they can be on the lookout for their package. This can help avoid porch pirates and issues arising from weather exposure. Please note that we are not liable for incorrect shipping addresses or loss due to weather, stolen packages, etc. Also, on rare occasions we may need to substitute a comparable product due to temperatures, availability, etc.. Thanks for your understanding.

Q: When will my order arrive?

A:  Upon your order being processed, it is our goal to ship it within 48 hours Monday-Friday of your preferred SHIP date (the date you select at check out). Please note that "preferred ship date" means the date we aim to have your box leave our facility. This is NOT THE SAME AS A REQUESTED DELIVERY DATE! We are unable to guarantee a delivery date. Orders are sent standard ground (or 1st class mail for MINNI You Betcha! Treats) and usually arrive within 1-5 business days. This can be impacted during busy Holiday season or if the box you ordered becomes backordered. In that event, please know that we and the other small food makers we work with are working hard to make more product, build more boxes and get them out for you asap!  We appreciate your understanding and patience. Q: How are You Betcha Boxes packed?

A: Every You Betcha Box is packed in our signature box filled with exclusive tissue paper and our iconic grey duck graphic. Everything You Betcha Box produces is recyclable or reusable. We do our best to avoid plastic and bubble wrap to help combat our environmental footprint as a business.

Q: What if I need to make a change on my order?

Contact us within one hour at orders@youbetchabox.com if you need any changes made.

You will be sent a shipping confirmation email with tracking information to this email address once your package is shipped. Orders are fulfilled on a first in- first out availability basis. 

If you selected for your boxes to ship soon (versus picking a future ship date), our goal is to ship within 48 hours M-F. Please note that during the busy holiday season especially, inventory changes rapidly, our shipping crew may be beyond capacity to meet all shipping requests, and there is a chance your order might be backordered. If that happens, you can rest assured that the You Betcha! Box elves are working at full tilt to get boxes assembled and sent out as soon as possible! We have a super cute You Betcha! Gift Announcement here that you can send to your recipient to let them know a special box of goodies is coming their way soon in case of delays.

Q: I just placed an order. Where is my confirmation email?

If you are placing an order from a work email address, our communications may be blocked by your company's spam filters. Check your Spam or Junk folder for your confirmation email, and add orders@youbetchabox.com to your address book. We recommend using a personal email address to receive important order updates. 

If you are on a personal email address, or have followed the steps above and are still not receiving a confirmation email, please contact us here and we will work with you ASAP to provide your order details! 

Q: What if something arrives broken?

A: If the package was shipped directly to you from our warehouse and it arrives broken, take a picture of the broken product as well as the shipping label clearly showing information and contact us at orders@youbetchabox.com for further action. Please do this within 30 days of receiving your You Betcha Box to receive a replacement product.

 

Q: I’m a local artisan food maker and I would love to join the You Betcha Box family. How do I sell my food with you?

A: Contact us and we will be happy to set up a time to discuss joining our foodie family! 

Q: What if I accidentally shipped to the wrong address?

A: If a package is returned to us due to an inaccurate address, we are happy to ship it to another address provided you pay for the additional shipping fee. We will be in touch with you to learn your wishes and arrange a redirected shipment or donation. You Betcha Box is not responsible for packages that are lost due to delivery at an incorrect address.
