Our exclusive, custom designed walnut charcuterie board is engraved with a partial outline of the state of Minnesota and the artist's signature. Each unique board is a piece of art as well as functional for serving. They are made from locally harvested walnut with the live edge bark left intact to provide visual interest and showcase the natural beauty of the tree. Each board is unique and hand cut, finished and rubbed with a special food-grade finish and ready for use as a serving platter.

Local designer, Katie Sterns (You Betcha! Box founder) says about the design,  "I wanted to highlight the natural beauty of the wood and create a beautiful serving piece for the exceptional artisan local foods we offer through You Betcha! Box. I intentionally designed engraving of the state outline so that the edges of the state drop over the edge of the board. This conveys a more subtle reference to our beloved Minnesota that is playful without being kitschy. Our Minnesota Charcuterie Board offers a rustic modern aesthetic that will enhance the décor of any home.”

Size is approximately 9" x 12" with some variations due to the natural shape of the tree from which it is cut.
